The default hotkeys are as follows:
Sit: NumPad 1
Wave: NumPad 2
Challenge: NumPad 3
Cheer: NumPad 4
Nonono: NumPad 5
Thumbs Up: NumPad 6
Point: NumPad 7
You can also set up to two modifier keys that are required to hold down to perform the emote.
The modifier keys won't stop other things from happening when you press the emote key, but they will make it easier to perform certain actions.
